Ewan possesses significant quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and is experienced in delivering projects within the space sector and across the broader research and innovation landscape. He has contributed to a variety of studies, M&E projects and socio-economic impact assessments, for clients such as UKSA, ESA, Rolls Royce, STFC, and UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). He is experienced in evaluation framework design and implementation, leveraging a range of experimental and innovative approaches.

Ewan holds a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge, where he conducted research on policy-based drivers of technological innovation.
