Scott is a specialist in space-sector policy and research, with particular expertise in policy design, national security and defence, and Space Domain Awareness capabilities. At know.space, he has delivered studies, evaluations and impact assessments for organisations including the UK Space Agency and European Space Agency, applying specialist expertise in methodological design, qualitative research, process evaluation and impact assessment.

Before joining know.space, Scott worked in government service, advising senior stakeholders and supporting planning, organisational design, and the delivery of complex cross-government projects and operations. His public-sector experience provides a strong foundation for work on strategically significant and security-sensitive challenges in the space domain.

Scott holds an MA(Hons) in Politics and International Relations, and an MRes in Social Sciences and Humanities.
